When in-person walk-in counselling sites shut down in response to COVID, the OHT-ESO and allied mental health and addictions service providers responded immediately; and thirteen community agencies came together to create a solution. The result is a centralized platform where children, youth, adults and families are now be able to make appointments for free same-day or next-day 45-90 minute phone or video counselling.
