Clients and families, staff and the public can continue to connect with Rideauwood at 613-724-4881 or via our website. While things may be done a bit differently during this time, the Rideauwood team remains dedicated to continuing to support you. Care is being offered in a virtual setting using an online meeting platform ‘’Zoom’’ or OTN. Alternatively, you also have the option to call in to the session using the toll-free number that will be indicated in your appointment information.     During COVID-19, Rideauwood has partnered with other agencies through CounsellingConnect to help youth, young adults and adults who are dealing with substance use issues, or other problematic behaviour such as gambling and gaming or supporting a friend/family member who is.
