Board of Directors
Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of community leaders who provide strategic oversight, financial stewardship, and guidance to support the organization’s mission.
The Board works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the leadership team to ensure Rideauwood continues to provide high-quality addiction and mental health services to individuals and families in Ottawa and the surrounding region.

Rideauwood’s Board of Directors is made up of dedicated volunteers who provide strategic oversight and help guide the organization’s mission of supporting individuals and families affected by substance use, addiction, and mental health challenges.
Board members serve an initial three-year term and participate in regular board and committee meetings throughout the year. In addition to governance responsibilities, board members support Rideauwood’s work through advocacy, community engagement, and participation in fundraising and organizational events.
We welcome expressions of interest from individuals who bring a variety of skills, professional expertise, or lived and living experience related to addiction, mental health, recovery, or community leadership. Rideauwood is committed to building a board that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and encourages applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.
