Rideauwood and COVID-19

Rideauwood follows all Ottawa Public Health regulations and guidelines to keep you and the Rideauwood team safe.

Before you arrive for an in-person appointment, we ask that you complete the COVID-19 self-assessment provided by Ontario Health: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/

Masks are once again mandatory for staff, clients and other visitors.

Hand sanitizer and plastic barriers are other protections available to you so that you feel safe and comfortable at Rideauwood.

Your counsellor may also wear safety googles or a face shield to feel safe and comfortable.

    During COVID-19, Rideauwood has partnered with other agencies through CounsellingConnect to help youth, young adults and adults who are dealing with substance use issues, or other problematic behaviour such as gambling and gaming or supporting a friend/family member who is. If you are interested in a single session to explore these issues, help is just a click away.
