Remember to self-isolate if you:
- have returned from travel outside Canada
- have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or are waiting for the results of a lab test for COVID-19
- have symptoms of COVID-19, even if they are mild
- have been in contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19
- are immunocompromised or have an underlying condition OR are over the age of 70
If you are not currently self-isolating:
Practice physical distancing:
- Stay home as much as possible. Only leave your property for essential travel such as grocery shopping or visiting a pharmacy
- Stay at least 2 metres (6 feet) away from people outside of your household
Wash your hands with soap and water thoroughly and often
Do not touch your face with unwashed hands
Clean phones, other devices and frequently touched surfaces regularly
