Rideauwood works with community partners to serve you better.

CounsellingConnect.org in an online portal through which residents ages 12+ in Ottawa and surrounding area can access same-day or next-day virtual or phone counselling. Rideauwood is a proud partner of Counselling Connect.

AccessMHA.ca is an online portal through which young adults and adults in eastern Ontario can access substance use/addiction and mental health services. The service is delivered by Regional Coordinated Access (RCA), a group of health care partners, of which Rideauwood is an active member.

1Call1Click.ca is an online portal through which children, youth and their families in eastern Ontario can access substance use/addiction and mental health services. 1Call1Click.ca was designed collaboratively by members of the Kids Come First Health Team/ L’équipe Santé Les Enfants Avant Tout, which includes Rideauwood and over 60 other local organizations.

Rideauwood provides access to short-wait counselling services through Counselling Connect, which helps youth, young adults and adults who are dealing with substance use, gambling or gaming use challenges, or supporting a family member or loved one who is.
